The following service charges are given in Australian dollars (AUD) and are current as at 1 January 2009.
Overseas clients are advised to use our currency converter to convert our service charges into your national currency at today's exchange rate.

Taxes
A 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is imposed by the Australian Government on all goods and services delivered within Australia. The rates quoted in the Schedule of Charges are exclusive of GST.
Other Charges & Conditions
On-site computer help or training
- A minimum ½ hour service fee applies;
- Additional charges are levied in increments of 15 minutes or part thereof; and
- Service outside a 10 km radius from base will incur a travelling fee, charged at the standard hourly rate.
Website maintenance & off-site computer help
- Charged in increments of 6 minutes (0.1 hour) or part thereof.
Payment Terms
Terms for website design are described in the Website Design Agreement. All other charges are due and payable at the time of the service.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Mastercard or Visa through Paypal;
- cash - local customers only;
- cheque - approved customers only; or
- direct deposit (money transfer) into our bank account.
Note: Fees associated with an international money transfer shall be the responsibility of the client.
